OSA biotech simulation pioneer Dr. Warren Huang extended his 32 years real time refinery, petrochemical, polymer, pharmaceutical process plant simulation experiences 14 years ago, directed 300 Biochemical engineers senior, graduate students to molecular, cellular, genetics approach to tracking, simulation of human body biochemical plant design, operations simulation, tracking the real causes of diseases, aging, and prevention through chemo-preventive, gene therapy, hormone replacement therapy to minimize time wasted in random animal tests and human clinical trial, speedup the R&D into commercialization process.

his report consists of over 15 years   research conducted by Dr. Warren Huang, supervising 300 biochemical engineers in the research of the molecular, cellular, genetic approach of the causes, cure, prevention of human body diseases, cancer and aging and the last 5 years extensive review of books, literatures, on the diet, life styles for cancer, aging prevention, cure,.  and joint research with Vera Huang at Molecular Cell Biology Department of Univ of California, Berkeley, and attend numerous Nobel prize winers   ocancer, immune,  aging Prof. Prusner on  Alzheime. Prof. Baltimore on Immune, AIDS, and  Dr. Huang'spersonal experiences with his friends associates over huundred old without cancer.

After spending billions dollars in fighting against the cancer through research into the root causes of cancer at the molecular, genetic and cellular level, we found  75 % of the cancer patients lives could have saved (millions of people died in cancers) just by taking proper diet (low fat, low calories and high fruit, vegetables which can prevent, delay the onset and even stop the cancer spread ) and relaxed happy life, quit smoking. drinking .(stop cell damages caused gene mutation) The rest of cancer are caused by inherited genetic defect and environment pollution. Cancer is no longer a dreadful disease. Yet cancer is still our no. 1 enemy. We know too much about the causes of cancer (etiology),(1-3) we did too little to prevent it. Use misguided animal test model for human clinical trials. For only 30 % of the patient). It is time for review what went wrong in our national policy and priority on the war against cancer. The answer is simple!. We are fighting in the wrong direction!, and misguided by a few bio-researcher into the endless animal tests. It is time to organize multidisciplinary teams to buildup cancer diet and Chemopreventive information knowledge based human biochemical plants and start serious working on real time simulation of cancer prevention to save 60 % of our cancer patients life with more than 60 % survival rate!

The senior author (Warren) pioneered the DSA/OSA (Design and Operations Simulations Analysis) by extended the problem solving decision analysis of Operations Research used by US Aerospace Automatic Guidance. Tracking, Simulation, applying artificial intelligence pattern recognition, adaptive filtering and control to challenge the unknown and impossible task for the Apollo moon landing to Chemical and biotech systems simulation.

Each human body has his unique biochemical plant, immune systems( antibodies and interferon's) genetically inherited(design) and responding differently to the outside environmental impact; pollution's, education's, working and emotional stress(operations). Again, by applying the process plant optimum feedforward set point control can reduce body organ, tissue damage due to offset in feedback control (from genetic repair to water, chemical, molecular balance.
